oh my goodness! thank you for posting this! i am 5ft as well and about 135 lbs. i just got into the most amazing Arts college. when i saw you video (and i know how cliche this sounds) i felt like i was seeing myself. i too have just created a blog about weight loss. And my family situation is very similar. I would very much like to post you a link of my blog and perhaps post your blog on mine if you dont mind?
this is kind of an old video but if your still going along with it all then you go girl! and that starvation thing I did for a while too and my parents had to get me a therapist :3 so yeah haha not my smartest move but you inspired me by your story that if I eat healthy and excersize than I ultimately will feel and look better!(: best of luck, gorgeous!
@selenagomezfansite :D awww, I'm glad I was able to inspire you, that makes me more inspired. XD Currently I'm about 130 o.o but my life has kind of been turned up side down, in the sense that I found out I'm allergic to different foods, I'm border line autoimmune disorder, and I'm on super vitamins/ ultra healthy diet to get better! :D So, I'm going to have a new video up of what my new plan is. Cause right now, I'm still debating. ^^
Your beautiful right now! But there is nothing wrong with wanting to be thinner and fitter. But just know that you don't need to be thinner to be prettier, because you already are.
Good luck! I hope you reach your goal you're beautiful and you've inspired me to start my own little vlog. It wasn't the freshman 15 that got me, but I was on some medication that I stopped (it had caused me to lose around 40 pounds) and I gained everything back wahhh! GOOD LUCK. And hormonal imbalances are so ANNOYING!
Lovely video! You are very, very pretty :3 I am 5 ft 2 and weigh 156 lbs and I am starting my weight loss journey tomorrow :) Your videos have given me the motivation to start exercising again :D Good luck with your weight loss hun!
Congrats on being so motivated! I just found your blog tonight because I was looking for motivation myself. I am going through something similar. I am about to graduate college, and throughout my college experience I've let myself get very unhealthy. What I wanted to know, without watching all your videos now, is if you are still sticking to this? I would love to watch one of your blogs everyday to keep me motivated/find tips to start becoming healthy again too!!
Wow. Why is it that almost all the beautiful women want to loose weight or think they're too heavy? Just a question I've had for a little while now, and since you are a text book example of beautiful and dieting, I figured I'd ask you.
@RodgeLinkbot A lot of it has to do with how others may treat you, including family. Plus, I'm very conscious of weight due to the fact my father side of the family suffers from extreme obesity and health problems, I really would like to try and avoid that, by being fit, or rather healthy.
@RodgeLinkbot Trust me I am unhealthy, I just don't fully appear that way. My health has really been suffering lately, to the point I'm not sure quite what is going on with me at the moment. There is the possibility of me having celiac disease, and who knows what else. So, you can't quite judge a book by it's cover sort to say.
Simply put people have said unwanted things about my weight, that make me more self conscious.
I just want to feel good about myself, nothing wrong with that.
Well, I had vegies a lot. I ate salads, green beans, broccoli, anything green really. I had breakfast every morning, ate every 3 hours. Had a small granola bar for a snack, or an apple, pear, apple sauce. I had chicken, some ground beef (low fat), made sure they all were small proportions. I ate until I felt satisfied really, and just made healthier choices. I also worked out every day, for about an hour, at least.
Simply put though, I'd say veggies, and fruits were the main gist of my diet. So, more vegan. I had light meats for the most part, turkey and chicken and fish. Whole gains as well.
Your story sounds similar to my college story. I couldn't control the campus dining center, so I thought. Finally, I set up a meeting with the director of food-services on campus. I discussed my concerns, mainly being how unhealthy it was. I discussed that they don't cater to vegan or special diet individuals, yet we were required to purchase the meal plan. As a result, they started offering a vegan bar and at least one healthy entree each meal.
It really made a difference. They listened to me, and I'm sure yours would, too. Come prepared with your concerns, and if you can, get your friends to write letters with their concerns. It might help you out!
Thanks for that. My school does that for the most part, lol. Just it seems they add more grease then needed. I appreciate your comment, and will take that into consideration.
I'm moving into an apartment next semester, so I'll be able to cook my own food, thus I don't have to worry for much longer about campus food.
your so pretty :D

120 116 would be ok for you anything under that I think would be to much you need to light meals about six times a day

But how have people been treating you?
