Bought one from BigLots - distributed by Midwest Trading Group / IL. The calendar doesn't function and there is no ppt viewer (stated as included on the box). Midwest is aware of the issues, and is stating they'll take a phone number and call back in 3-4 wks after they contact the manufacturer in China. By that time any return period will have expired, and there's no guarantee they'll contact you back with a fix. Don't waste your money - find a co that's more professional & accountable.
Big Lots basically has this same thing and it's called Crystal View Portable Netbook, it has android 2.2 on it and has 2 small low volume crappy sound speakers and the power button is in the same place but it's smaller and less oval.
It still stinks mainly because of that damn touch pad plus most programs are require you to buy the full featured version so in order to view PDFs you have to buy the PDF viewer that does more then just view basic PDF files and you have to register you name.
vi cerco il download dei files e ve li linko. dovette scompattare e mettere nella scheda sd, attenzione che anke a me è capitato nn funzionasse per via della sd non di buona fattura. accendete il pc e fa il boot da solo. cerco il files piu recente e ve lo linko dai !!! che da molti siti i files sono irreperibili !!!
to POWERMAXUM. hi u can install android 2.2 by getting it on a video on here. type in the search box how to install android and follow it step by step. trust me ive done it on my 7' mini netbook.
Hi there. Is there any chance to explain how did you installed the Android 2.2 on this computer? I really want to install it in my new 8505. It has 256mb of memory and 2gb flash card. Its a 10 inch one but i believe it must be the same. Right? Please help me with this. Thanks!!!

Ho il tuo stesso minipc e ho provato a installare Android seguendo la tua procedura (copia della directory script con relativi file nella root di una SD da 4 GB formattata a FAT 32). Avvio il mini pc e mi appare la scritta : Smart PC sullo schermo e nulla si muove. Ho porvato diverse versioni ma sempre lo stesso risultto. Che posso fare?

molte volte cerde sd card non le riconosce bene, mettete una sd card seria e vedrete funzionera tutto !!!
