But it is NOT Audi RS4 :) It has old style rear lights (from models before first lift).

It is probably Audi A4 or S4 B5 '95 or '96.

Audi started to build RS4 since 2000 and B5 RS4 were only Avant.

well there is no bi-turbo a4, there is bi-turbo s4, rs4, which have 2.7 v6 twin turbo (biturbo), a4 has 1.8 single turbo engine, this one has an engine swup on it....
