@Npeo I went to a gastroenterologist earlier this year (I have celiac disease and they helped diagnose it). They did an endoscopy, basically, stuck a tube with a camera down my throat and into my upper digestive system and checked things out. I was completely out for it and didn't feel a thing during or after. But if you're concerned about stomach pains, you should talk to a doctor about this. I don't think it would make it worse though. Hope this helped!

The size of it might induce a swallowing reflex instead of a gag reflex, which would help to just get it down there farther. I say, put some marinara on that sucker!
