all im going to say here guys (and i dont know if you will all agree with me), but i ate what i was given in my house. if i didnt want to eat what i was given i didnt eat. there were no picky eaters in my family. that is a learned behavior. my parents served the food, and i ate it, its as simple as that. if i didnt eat it, i didnt eat period until a meal was served again.

@visualmog Thats exactly how my house was. If I didnt eat the meal put in front of me, my mom would make me sit at the table until it was all finished. My oldest brother sat there for almost 2 hours once, but he did end up finishing it.

When I wouldn't eat as a little kid, my mom just put my food on a huge plate. It was a regualr sized serving, but on a huge plate, to make it look like I had less to eat.

If you put the food on a small plate, it looks like you're over-whelmed in food.
