she could sing anything, and I would listen with great intent. she gives a great show at any venue, Toronto at the Horseshoe Tavern, she could have been at the O2, except that one guy that kept filming after she asked us all to just put them down and let the rest of us see the show. She asked us nice, he just embarrassed himself, she pointed at him and drew her finger across her throat ( the cut it out sign) and it just pissed her off. but it made her singing even better.

just saw her in toronto canada, she was just as brilliant, fun beautiful as I knew she would be. she loves to be at a small venue, which it surely was, she likes to talk with the audience and be able to see them, so the filming with those little cameras drives her buggy, and everyone behind the people filming go buggy too, as we can't see over your arms stuck up in the air. she did ask everyone to put down the cameras so everyone could enjoy the show and I was so so glad. loveyaImelda come back

Saw her with Jeff Beck at Grammys. I usually don't watch the Grammys because most of the stuff is crap. However I heard Jeff Beck was giving a tribute to Les Paul so I tuned in to see just that. That's the first time I saw Imelda May and I was completely blown away. I haven't seen any female performer as good as her for at least 20 years. WOW!
