@dangeinosky obviously you have never been deployed to any forward location, other wise you would know that the guard and reserve make up 80% of the US troops in Iraq or Afghanistan, and have made up 80% in the past 20 years. so the next time you are any where near a third world country where you have to carry a weapon to defend yourself just take 8 of the ten men watching your back and send them home, they would much rather be there anyway.
Talking on cell phone and walking actually not against the rules any more. Look it up shoe clerk. Gen Curtis Lemay would roll over in his grave if he could see the death spiral the air force is in. I'm not sure when it happened but the shoe clerks took over. Half of them can't even tell you what kind of airplane flys out of their base.
