In my opinion, the best part of the game is how the fire fights are played if you're not playing with vanilla noobs. It's squad verse squad tactics and if you can out think your enemy you can easily beat them. I love being able to use communication, strategy, my ideas to beat the enemy. In most games it's if you don't use the most powerful weapon ro don't play a certain way you make it harder on yourself but PR is just...WOW!

this game is one of the most Tactical FPS out there basically 1 shot kill and 1minit re-spawn and you only restive points in a squad doing objectives also what makes it so good is the map sizes are HUGE so playing solo and away from your squad is no point because you will never find the enemy, you can go 40minits not firing a single round just trekking across city's always looking out and listing for cars or hellas and pin point where the enemy is setting up camp sites and spawn points take time

well yes ands no. you CANNOT play this with the demo. the full battlefeild game has buildings, guns, and stuff that the mod relies on. however, if you go to the login screen in BF2 and make a offline account, you could get the mod and play against computer controlled bots, but NOT online.

All the gamemodes require the same ammount of teamwork involved.For me the harder one is insurgency,the AK47 and the WW2 weapons make it hard to defend the caches but it rewards you everytime you pwn that Blackhawk, merlin, apc etc :D :D

i've always hated those maps or servers with infinite stamina because it feels like you're playing Counter-Strike (bunny jump and running around crazily) ...and im not willing to install latest patch just to play this one, the original non-patched game works best for me

Well, I run PR on low, with a dated computer :p! Pentium 4 3Ghz, 1.5gbs of RAM, 128mb Nvidia GeForce Fx 5200. (Need to get that updated soon.) The game is slightly more demanding than battlefield, mostly due to the layouts of the maps (more models, buildings, city objects e.t.c.) but not that much. I personally struggle in the center of Al Basrah, but all the other maps play fine. It's your internet connection you want beefed for the actual game download :p...

hm. alternative battlefield ranking works bad in PR. when you join the server, you are a recruit. then, while playing you are being promoted. having the abr application helps it. but i cant find it (main page is fucked up)
