I liked the original song and hated the scenes for the opening credits for first season. I have always loved this song and I really like the scenes! My question is..WHERE IS ALEXANDER SKARSGARD??!?!?!

Contradicts the sequence, if they want to give the impression that those "vampires" are biting the people in the clip, why the hell ruin the suspension of disbelief like that? Undermines the whole experience. Something like that needs to be put in the ending credits with small font.

What's the fun in watching fiction if you get hit in the head with the bat of reality right at the start? and to add insult to injury, the bat is wielded by captain obvious.
