TES is the main definition of graphic and story line for ech and every new fantasy game released, since Morrowind it has defined the best graphic/quest/story lines ever. U can`t take that from TES! If Morowind didnt existed u wuldnt have ever played any of the following games. Oblivion,Skyrim,Divinity 2: Ego Draconis,Fable,Dragon age....E.T.C

Reasoning behinde what im saying is simple, Morrowind had the first ever build graphic engine to support 3d graphics

@fonzderuig1 Ok, seriously? What is it with fanboys recently and declaring anything that even remotely has a Fantasy setting to be a Skyrim ripoff? If it had identical game mechanics and story then fine, it would be a rip off. However Skyrim and the other Elder Scrolls games did not invent the Fantasy genre nor did they define it. The staples of Fantasy have been around for much longer.

Many games share features with one another. The point is that they styled them to fit that particular game (with some of their own features thrown in) just like they have done here. Ive been playing this game and love it. Its unfortunate that everyone will compare every fantasy RPG to come to Skyrim. I love Skyrim, Im on my 4th play-through. Im not sure what it is about KOA that appeals to me, but is got whimsy and personality, and thats good enough for me.

@severusdeath Skyrim is ok but I prefer the Witcher or Dragon Age: Origins. More of a real look and more RPG. Kingdoms has a WoW feel I don't like. WoW is a bit aged nowadays.

@Maroo46 Not meaning to sound troll-ish or whatever, but do you play many RPG games where you aren't some sort of chosen one destined to be such-&-such? I think what sets this game apart from others is how this dynamic, fast-paced combat is integrated into a pretty deep RPG (and it's doing it right, unlike Fable), plus some unique story concepts (e.g. the fact you're not technically a chosen one).

Those who say it's the best game ever just like this game, whereas you don't. 'Nuf said ;P

Arrows feel like they have no impact. Like they dont affect the enemy at all. I liked the archery in Skyrim felt like arrows actually did something and had stopping power
