I went with Interexchange and I didn't have a good experience with them. Don't want to talk bad about them but definitly check out all the agencies there are 'cause it's different for everyone. Some of my au-pair friends had an awesome time as an au-pair while I had an awful time.

i have no experience with them, so i don't know, follow your instinct, it's all i can say.
