Use rubbing alcohol or vinegar on a cotton swab (q-tips) and try to get it UNDER the tic. There are some very important factors that you need to keep in mind. First, tweezers aren't really the best idea because you might squish it and get little spots of blood over the place. Second, you want to make sure that the tic lets go ON ITS OWN. Otherwise, you run a chance of getting tic parts stuck in the skin (and those are hard to get out). Rubbing alcohol and q-tips fufill both of those.
