i have a hard time feeling sorry for a bunch of people that are out of work when mostly they brought it on themselves,all the unions have done for the last 30 or so years is force employers to give them more money for less work in general most union workers i have known have been nothing more than a bunch of clock watchers,they only want to better themselves by forcing someone to pay them more not by earning more and yes there is a difference being payed more doesnt mean you earned more.

If I work for you and you treat me like crap and pay very little, in a thriving economy you can work elsewhere or entrapanuers will start their own comp, Unions have turned into the mob. They are out of control in the polar opposite direction for which you argue capitalism can end up, divide the spectrum and ur back at f.m.

That is only true in theory. Even in a driving economy, without unions, the wages will be really low, because the proletariat has no power and many lack of know how/capital for a start-up. I work in a comp, where union and managment cooperate (plan how to best invest in workers and so on), it is 100 times more successfull than pure dictatorship of the owners
