I need to relax now, after cheering on your pep talk only to find out that that brainless employee dont even make a small excuse for his lack of help, i, personally would pull of one of his eyes just to make a point of how important it is to actually respond to critic! it look like he didnt bother to take notes of the hard reality lesson you gave him, did you consider just to fire that lacy sucker, now that would be a well desereved christmas presents for beeing totally ignorant to any critic!
