I've used this program for a year and it has been just GREAT. But....now when it converts videos, the sound is fine but the video runs at double speed. Anyone have a fix? I went to their forum and none of their fixes worked for me. I tried them all. Help anyone?

Every time I use this program. It breaks the movie into different parts. I don't understand what is happening. And in the last 10 seconds of the movie you can't hear a thing. Also sometimes the video and the sound are mixed up. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!!! Please reply ASAP

some of the formats dont convert as well as others, and there isn't a way enhance the quality, what you start with is what you end with.

@grallen131 Not REALLY, you can increase the video bitrate, which automatically helps with the quality... It worked for me!

@grallen131 I found when converting to enhance the quality you increase the bit-rate. This increases the file size but allows for a better picture. Usually little sync issues because the original bit-rate whether variable or not will fall within the higher bit-rate setting. If sizing is an issue check the originals media info and then set your bit-rate a couple hundred above its highest given bit-rate setting, this will prevent picture break up and reduce its converted size.

you highlight the youtube url in the description box and you copy it, then you go on any video converter and you click on the youtube icon, then finally you paste it and there that's it.
