Equip vehicle with sonar....

And you have Auto Drive Control. Set vehicle at speed limit, the vehicle will steer its self and adjust speed according to trafic, and hevicles inbound.

RFID's should be included in Road Signage so the vehicle knows the speed limits and road type, Most Modern GPS software already knows nearby gas stations as well speed limits.

Are you sure that is a lane detector? it look like a white to green color remapt (of course if white is enough large). Why don't you draw a single pixel line over each lane, and a lane number in the middle to prove that it work?

that "color remap" is its possible match for lanes. Its just a visual guide for the programmers to understand what the computer sees so they can tweak it to recognize properly.
