to the results. Its been a week, but I

have more energy and feel mire

    positive about my self-image.:))

  • Hello there! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work buddy got hot Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it

  • Oh hey! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my sister lost a ton of weight with it.

  • Hey there! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my sister lost tons of weight with it.

  • u have great workouts!! thanks

  • Cool. I like to work out and got a bosu ball as a gift. I always thought it was pretty useless but I'll definitely try doing these ab exercises with a bosu ball.

  • nice video, made me very interested to try since I have a gym membership. But my question is - can I do these routines even though I still have a fatty tummy? Or should I get rid of my tummy first?

  • Great stuff

  • thank you yelkaim1. i'm looking forward to trying these exercises out. i'm excited to since i weigh 203 lbs and trying to get down to 155-160 (all healthy of course). i'm 5'6", alittle broad shouldered but too heavy for my frame. diabetes runs in my family (dad and two brothers have type 2) so i'm looking forward to losing my buddha belly. i love the bosu ball because there are so many ways to integrate it into any program. bravo to the inventor (s).

  • RE: lol I don't know...I think it was wardrobe because those wigs were just horrible

You are so damn wrong , haha! At the time, I didn't even know faith was wearing a wig...but deep down I KNEW something was wrong there, lol hair shouldn't be THAT damn yellow!

  • I can get with this.

  • 3 of the 5 moves will be hard for overweight and most of the larger individuals due to the extra bodyweight displacement... but this is a very nice program for intermediate to advanced trainees.. i will use some of these moves with my clients thanks and keep em comin...

  • Yikes! Here comes some pain. Nice, Thanks!!!

  • What is the best place to get a Bosu ball? How much are they?

  • You can find a Bosu at any sporting good store, they run around $100.

  • how fast is ur mile? u look like a runner

  • who cares running is fucking gay lol

  • This is a pretty advance program.

  • Where did u get the ball?

  • Well i'm mostly concern with eating right. any suggestion?

  • eat small meals every 3 hours. basically just dont be full. eat enough where your not hungry

  • Love your videos! Just have a quick question. I can do all the ab workouts under the sun, yet my abs will never be sore the next day. is this normal? When i did this one, the were tired until the next morning, and then i couldn't tell i had done anything. It is intense during, but not even remotely tired afterwards. what can i do?

  • Just because your abs aren't sore doesn't mean that they didn't get a good workout.

  • i cant see the video so can yall tell me the workouts.

  • do you have any ab exercises that dont include

    any things

    because im limited to only...me

  • it will actually help you develop an 8-pack!

  • @yelkaim1 8 packs are genetically pre determined

  • im going try this im not that fat im nomal but i want six packs...

  • Just do as many it ups as you can! Thats how I got mine!

  • yeaa.. same here.. believe or not, i got six packs when i was in grade 4 :D

there was a fitness test which unclided sit ups.. and i like, sorta pused myself doin it and after that my guts hurt like hell.. the pain was there for abt a week.. after a week, walaaa... i was amazed myself..

so yeah, sit ups are the easiest.. :)

  • I got mine in gr 2, cause I swim, do all kinds of sports, and before I swim, I always work out a little, so about 50 sit ups everytime for gr 2. And now I'm enjoying them :D

  • i had mine in the womb... beat that

  • ya dude im going to try these out i hope they work

  • Thanks a lot. Let me know if there's anything you want to see.

  • Love your work outs dude. Keep up the good work.
