Oh god, your sense of humor is strangely magnetic. Even if you don't become an animator, you'd make an excellent tutor. Except noone will be able to learn anything, they'll be too busy laughing. In retrospect, that's a clever way to take people's money w/o teaching them anything. Hmmm...
Are you a native Japanese speaker? It sounds a lot like it to my untrained ears.
domo arigatou! watashi daisuki kimi! or is it anata-wa daisuki???lol (i think i totally said that wrong oh, well) thank you very much for doing these vids! happy apartment hunting!! good luck.
from the begging of your lesson you've explain japanese grammar in such away that it become easy ton understand. What an encouraging way to study japanese since nihongo is realy difficult ...you are amazing...
Funny, I knew these phrases sounded familiar! Coincidentally, when I started learning Japanese a few years ago, the first book I ever studied from was Japanese in Thirty Hours -- I just picked it randomly off my public library shelf! Some of the phrases/excercises are silly (as you point out repeatedly :-), but it really helped cement the grammar in my brain. Good choice, and keep up the good work!
Ake-ome! I was just wondering if you were going to finish up this book, because me and my boyfriend have been learning together and we can't wait for more! You'r great and we love your lessons and your comments while teaching. Please more?! Mata me!! ^_^
YAY! i wont rush you! its just that i cant find taht old book anywhere... and watching everyone else sit on a chair infront of a webcam is unbearable and not fun :(
I am not at this level yet, just seeing how many you had up. You are so funny, and it is truely refreshing from the monotone cd's I bought to help me learn. bleh. Thanks so much for uploding these!
How do you say "This is a very long and slightly complicated sentence that has no actual point except to make an amusing sentence when translated into other forms, and on a side note, chicken tastes like purple unicorns?"
These things wouldn't happen if you went ahead and made a few hundred more lessons. ^_^
I am eagerly looking forward to your next video!Make it snappier!I'm learning Nihongo in my spare time while I'm studying for my teacher exams back here in Romania. From teacher to techer speaking, u're doing a great job!(and that's not a compliment, it's a fact)
P.S. the grammar is really plain to understand............shall I go on?
Hey, all these lessons are funny and interesting. I would like to know where you find them for me to try to get them for myself. I know you will take a time to show new lessons, but I'm very curious right now!
you're awesome takineko, i'm an aussie working/living in osaka and I've been taking you're lessons mostly every morning before going for work for the past week or two. looking forward to more. i started to notice less and less views as i went along in the classes... dropouts... they flunked :P
i love these lessons that u provide and u actually make it fun to learn with all the jokes u crack :)p i watched a lot! and im learning a lot! thaaaaaaaaanx <333333333333333
I learned that "norimasu" which is probably conjugated from either "noru" or "noriru" (I think it's the first) means "to ride". I thought that "nori" only referred to the fried seaweed that is oh-so delicious. :3
it's it better for sentence on 2:06 to be "Densha DE norimashou. soshite, uchi ni ikimashou"??
