@WatsupBroh It also allows the removal of Daytime Running Lights (and use City Lights) without having to the do the "bent pin hack"....also allowed me to hook up a 3rd party rear fog light built into my "euro" tail lights.....
@sailorfitz Oh ok. I was wondering because I bought an 08' R32 over the summer and it has the Euro Switch installed but the car doesn't have fog lights. And no daytime running lights.
So then all you have to do is unplug the wires in the back and then plug those wires into the euro switch? I just bought a 07 GTI and I want to do this.

is it literally just plug n play? or do u have to somehow reprogram things to be compatible with the euro's additional functions?
