I really hope Illinois doesn't disregard Monet Stenson as a future Miss Illinois USA. Being 1st Runner Up two years in a row has to be disheartning; but if she takes a lesson from Crystle Stewart's experience, she will come back in 2010 and win Miss Illinois USA 2010.
