I always wanted to see Mad Tv reach its 20th season, it was so close...such a shame it ended, theres no more sketch shows like this anymore. (SNL does'nt exists to me.)
I'm glad MadTV got canceled....I mean the producers were really embaressing themselves keeping the show going like this....nothing about this season was all that entertaining to me.
The only cast members from this season that were good were Nicole Parker, Keegan, Arden, Crista and Bobby. The rest were horrible. Even those specific 5 may have not been that great in season 14 but they were all awesome in seasons 9 and 10 and even 11.
I mean c'mon MADtv is way better than SNL, SNL is only famous 'cause they invite famous people and they "save" the show actin' on the majority of the UNFUNNY skits.
In my opinion, here are the season 14 cast members, ranked from worst to best: Arden Myrin, Johnny Sanchez, Matt Braunger, Bobby Lee, Erica Ash, Lauren Pritchard, Eric Price, Crista Flanagan, Keegan Michael Key, and finally, my favorite, Nicole Parker.
Arden was just there for sex appeal, Johnny's Lil' Joker annoyed me, Matt bored me, Bobby used to be better, Erica and Lauren were underused, Eric did good impressions, and Crista, Keegan, and Nicole were all very funny in whatever they did.
Few points. Getting rid of Michael McDonald was a HUGE and RISKY MOVE on their part. Second, it sucks that the theme song was Changed completely, but JustG10 had a good point. Thrid, THE BEST cast member was Nicole Sullivan. Her Vancolm Lady picked up MadTV to where it is today.

This season didnt even have a chance, besides the fact of the supposed budget cuts, a new (crappier) studio, without the original theme song, and all the cast members were practically gone this show was done...at least they put the show out of it's misery. I did enjoy seasons 1-12 though.
Hmm I bet to differ; this season did much better than the disaster known as Season 13. Their budget cuts didn't allow them to continue using the studio they had called home for 12 years. Plus, royalties would have had to been paid to Heavy D & The Boys for the original theme song. Using samples means less money for them so it was a safe move. Had it not been for the budget cuts and economic recession, MADtv would be in it's 15th season right now.

Actually the reason why MADtv is getting cancelled from FOX is because of the economic recession we're in. FOX can't afford to produce a majority of their shows; unfortunately MADtv got the axe because of that. Season 14 is an improvement over Season 13, but you can tell that the writing is getting a bit better.
they casts for me are ok the new ones makes me laugh and yeah probably the place where they film MADtv is not good but hopefully they get moved to another channel

New MAD cast = Old MAD Cast to me. For every good member back then, there's someone in this cast just as good. Crista, Keegan, Arden, Nicole, Johnny, and all of the FPs are great and I hope they can stay on the show next year, assuming somebody picks it up.

Not true. Keegan and Nicole have been the strongest castmembers for the last few years. Bobby is getting older and you can tell he's starting to get worn out (8 years is a long time). Crista is HIGHLY underrated, and Arden is Arden. Johnny improved slightly from last year, and the FP's are definitely worth keeping. The show isn't at the Music Box Theatre. Season 14 was filmed at a different studio known as SUNSET BRONSON STUDIOS. Their main stage is just a mock version of the Music Box.
