I heard you canNOT use it everyday, since its somehow of a bleach, it IS afterall abit harmful.. & some people says that they've been using everyday and even his gums are white! -.- (temporary) but how weird is it when you have a gum as white as a paint? Dude! use it as a mouthwash but don't brush your teeth with it undiluted like that, it is abrasive! put a bit on you hand and run it round your fingers! feel how its like sand? very dangerous and will probably cause hypersensitivity after daily use! or even weekly.

Baking soda helps when you dye your hair too much too. I had used brown dye(for shine and color) so much that my ends looked black. I alternated between 20 volume peroxide/heat and a baking soda/shampoo mixture. The peroxide/heat lifts the cuticle but hardly lifts color, the baking soda helped to scour/bleach the dye out. It wasn't instant but it did work and was more gentle than dye removers.

Hi, just call me Vincent. In reality, all acidic or alkaline ingredients can be abrasive to your enamel, even the generic toothpaste we use every day, as well as food t items that we eat. The primary goal of the baking soda recipe is NOT to replace your toothpaste. it is recommended as a after-stain (emergency) gargle or toothpaste, which I mentioned in my video.

Also, enamel is there to protect our teeth. I introduced this recipe, because I do not want people to use "teeth-whitening strips" or "laser treatments" that are in fact much more EXTREMELY abrasive to our teeth. I hope it helps!
