i am only 15 yrs old but i sure in the hell remember watching cartoon cartoon Friday's when I was younger, my favs were Samurai Jack, Dexsters lab, power puff girls, ed edd and eddy, and Johnny Bravo and of course Courage the cowardly dog! :D My favs currently are Adventure Time, A little bit of Johnny Test, and Tom and Jerry otherwise cartoon networks these days have to many real life/ sitcom/ drama shows it fucking bullshit these networks need to start bringing the classics back!
i don't know how i stumbled across this video, but this brought back so many memories. i would run into the living room almost every friday at 8 for at least six years & turning on cn. & it was the only thing i'd look forward to. then i remember it was replaced with that fried dynamite shit & that's when i lost my innocence. man i miss being a kid. i will forever remember the original cartoons, the ones i grew up with.

This was one of the blocks that put Cartoonnetwork on the map. Toonami and Cartoon Cartoon Fridays will always be remembered by the Old school kids, like myself. RIP CN.

Even the minishows have real kids. I want them to go back where it was just cartoons, and good ones at that.

I missed the 1990s. I like Dexter's Lab and the Powerpuff Girls. My most favorite as an adult is I Am Weasel. Man, he is a hottie. I hate the late 2000s and '10s for this channel. This is one of most memorable cartoon show I have ever have, but now it's all gone thanks to how CN is now. Dear Cartoon Network, enough with the imported cartoons, CG cartoons, and every cartoon being focused on action. Bring back the cartoons we know and love at times when kids aren't at school, and make cartoons in the US with classic animation that doesn't always have to have a huge battle in it. Yes, KND was good, but are you saying Grim Adventures, Dexter's Lab, and Ed, Edd & Eddy led up to a majority of shows being about a continuing story so one can't just sit down and be entertained?

@RawryTheDinosaur OMG! i thought i was the only one who did!!! hahahaha. i felt like a weenie, but now i know that im not the only one i dont feel so dumb. It was a great show and i just have so many memories when i watch it. i just get real neostelgic.

Man, I was 4-6 years old when they hosted Cartoon Cartoons Fridays. That was when really great Cartoon Network shows were on. Now that I'm 15 and I do agreed that today's cartoons suck because they weren't as good as these ones were. I really did like Ed, Edd N Eddy, Samurai Jack and Dexter's Labortory. Those new shows like Dude, What would happen?, Chowder and Finn and Jake. I hate them. They sucked. I wish the old-school shows were back on the air.

Where are the good shows nowa days. I mean the really old school cartoons are far more better then what we have now. I dont even like Finn and jake, Chowder, Dude what would happen, hole in the wall they dont send the right message to our kids. Dont even get me started. I' am going wright a long letter to CN. I think we all should. Or only on fridays have Cartoon cartoon Fridays back and see how much ratings have gone up then the old shows.

I agree The new Cartoon Network does Suck but I think they know alot a people don't like the new Cartoon Network and that's why they pushed back the start of Adult Swim to 9:00PM

heres what i wish to have back:
old cartoon network with a tiny change...adding the new cartoons and old ones too and delete live action, so adventure time, regular show AND cow and chicken and edd edd and eddy can all make a return....even the channel and staff itself.
that's what i wish for, but will possibly never happen :(

Dear Cartoon Network, enough with the imported cartoons, CG cartoons, and every cartoon being focused on action. Bring back the cartoons we know and love at times when kids aren't at school, and make cartoons in the US with classic animation that doesn't always have to have a huge battle in it. Yes, KND was good, but are you saying Grim Adventures, Dexter's Lab, and Ed, Edd & Eddy led up to a majority of shows being about a continuing story so one can't just sit down and be entertained?
