Ok - its now about 4 weeks later and I still have not had an appropriate response from Mygearstore. They did respond with an automated email to say they would get in touch but......nothing, de nada, zip, zilcho!

Sadly I am an optimistic person and so I am hoping that eventually i will get a CEO case that i can use and that will not scratch my phone (again!!!)

nope dont like this case especially as it gave your iphone a bloody scratch...and it should be able to go into the pouch as soon as u get it.

Nice review bunny, but to be honest I hate those things. To much of the iphone is sticking out and its not covered so I'm very skeptical about total protection with that sleeve.

Hey Bunny. The volume is better but could be much louder.

Try pushing the string down on the case before putting in the phone. That might help getting all the way in.

ooo i read the warning, kiiinda scary. my bottom bezel has a few vertical scratches, i don't know how. but i hear that brasso takes off scratches though.

Nice job Bunny. Your volume is definitely better in this one. Are you moving the slider to 200%? Thats what I do for my vids since ive been editing on my MBP. Makes a world of a difference. Plus I wanna hear that sweet accent of yours =)

lluckily when i dropped it the case landed on the bottom end - not where the phone was hanging out - how sick would i have been if it had dropped on the phone!!!!
