  • Thank you very much for the recipe!! I was impatient to start it....and of course forgot to add yogurt into the dough, think it won't turn as beautiful as yours (also I used milk instead of whey) hm...don't know what to expect,the only hope is to see the roties soft and flexible, everytime I try them they turn out dry and stone-crunchy)) maybe because I don'e have the same frying devices (well I just use a regular pan...) hahaha too many out-of-the-recipe steps! Thank you for the inspiration!<3

    i am planning to make kathi rolls for the party...i wanted to know if i can prepare kathi rolls in advance meaning 2-3 hours before the guest arrives and just warm it up before severing...would it work? thanks in advance....

    Not a problem...you need to use fresh green methi leaves and you can use black eye beans if you can't find the regular one..

    Thanx for sharing all these...believe me I am trying my best to post all requested recipes as i get chance...so sooner or later will sure do vadis even. My mother gave me little hint which I am going to tell you. She takes 1lb dhaniya, 1lb kasuri methi bhaji, 1/2lb dry choli(soak in water several hours), 3inch ginger and 6 green chilis or adjust to your taste. Grind first choli and then add rest and grind, let it dry..
