Thank you very much for the recipe!! I was impatient to start it....and of course forgot to add yogurt into the dough, think it won't turn as beautiful as yours (also I used milk instead of whey) hm...don't know what to expect, the only hope is to see the roties soft and flexible, everytime I try them they turn out dry and stone-crunchy)) maybe because I don'e have the same frying devices (well I just use a regular pan...) hahaha too many out-of-the-recipe steps! Thank you for the inspiration!<3
hello Bhavna ! I like your recipes. Good for all vegetarians! if you can plz also share some other healthy and baked veg starters for occasions...i'll be very grateful. thank you dear!
i am planning to make kathi rolls for the party...i wanted to know if i can prepare kathi rolls in advance meaning 2-3 hours before the guest arrives and just warm it up before severing...would it work? thanks in advance....
sorry to bother you again Bhavna.I am still not clear abt the beans..we get beans here, did u mean chole, kala chana, black eye beans, let me know exactly which one u meant.
Thanks for telling me abt the vadi.Just a doubt, did u mean dry kasuri leaves? and choli means lobia? (black eye bean).I know, you are so busy,in spite of that you take trouble of uploading recipes.I appreciate yr hard work.
Today I made kathi rolls. It came out excellent.loved the taste.I want to thank you for all the recipes.I have tried many and they were all successful. Thanks and thanks.if possible pls upload the vadi, you had put in dal.It will be soon winter and I can't dry it.
can't thank you enough for all the hard work and videos you keep uplaoding.thanks Bhavna.
Thanx for sharing all these...believe me I am trying my best to post all requested recipes as i get chance...so sooner or later will sure do vadis even. My mother gave me little hint which I am going to tell you. She takes 1lb dhaniya, 1lb kasuri methi bhaji, 1/2lb dry choli(soak in water several hours), 3inch ginger and 6 green chilis or adjust to your taste. Grind first choli and then add rest and grind, let it dry..
@SuperVeggieDelight I didn't realyl make it, I just love to watch cooking videos, And by the way, You live in Portugal? Cause it seemed like I saw a portuguese brand on one of your videos, It was on spinach i think, It looked like a portuguese brand..
As I said, there are variety of fillings and styles for this recipe....but I simply love these frankies, leave taste in your mouth for ever and you tend to crave for it often...enjoy!
