I am brazilian and i think i can argue better than some people. I will try to explain something.
I can sure tell you that in brazilian schools and universitys, woman and man can be dressed with any kind of clothes they want, unless if you're dressed up just like you would if you're going to the beach.
In this case, i dont know how but the university's students are just stupid people. It doesnt mean in the whole coutry we have the same behavior (i'll finish in the next comment)
