I live in Louisiana and grew up hearing this and the Night Before Christmas. I have never heard him calle by this name. He's always been Justin Wilson to me. Love to watch him cook!
As a transplant to St. Landry Parish from NY, this is truly amazing - it captures the essence of living in Louisiana - made me cry as to how wonderful it is.
@IamOdinite - I've heard the name used but don't know if I can spell it correctly. It sounds like "pool dou". Which I think is a cajun name for a moorhen, coot or some other kind of aquatic marsh bird.
My husband is cajun, I moved to louisiana 3 years ago with him, and I have to say I love the culture here! Im still learning so much, and this is so neat, Im going to show this to my son!!!
