The brand power balance does not work. But other ones do. I balanced on one foot and stuck my arm out, had my friend push down on my arm. Without the band I lost balance and could not resist the pressure. Then I put the band on, did the same test, applied even more pressure and not only could I keep balanced, but I was able to resist the pressure and push my friend away. Weirdest feeling ever, my body could stay balanced and my arm felt stronger.
