    I do know Muay Thai that's why I'm insulting his movements. He has bad balance thats why he's moving his arms like he's running.

  • your arms are actually quite good, theyre in sink with ur kick, something that helps me alot is the leg your not kicking with try bending it as your leg comes down then straightening it (obv only a little bit) that helps generate some balance and power, and gives you a slight forwards thrust (the same as you'd get from a step if you where just kicking the once) wich means u dont have to overcompensate with turning your hip to early

    I mean U arent puting much hip in to them and Ur chin is way to exposed...

    Btw u arent suposed to jump on ur suporting leg Ur suposed to twist it with evry kick to gain aditional power and speed...Tho ur leg balance looks great...

  • twist your hips more into the kick then wrench them out rather than letting them drop to the floor snap them back when u do it makes your next kick easier to do.

    Also if it helps, kiyap louder (shout more) when u kick it is a mental part of training as when u kiyap you gain more inner energy and therefore exale more power. :) hope this helped :P

  • try from front leg kick, istead using back leg, you will save time. much faster will be, at the end flick it, that gave you extra power for knock out. and rememmber golden rules, bend your knees!!!
