great brewing method, but whats with the server. Iv seen these in a couple different videos and in my mind they are a wait of money and time. With the clever dripper you can only make a big cup of coffee which you will pure directly into a mud then drink it. Pouring the coffee from dripper to server to mug will only cool down the coffee. thus, havin three things to wash out plus the cost of buying a glass server. Also, keep lip on the dripper while brewin, makes for hotter coffee.
Nice video! Sweet Marias pretty consistently recommends 22g/360g coffee to water ratio and a full 4 minute steep time BEFORE starting the drain. Furthermore they use a slightly finer than drip grind. Have you tested this, and what percent extraction does your method result in?
