i feel everyone pain in here i been there n still there but have it in control with medication i been takin venlafaxin n its doin good every other medication didnt work so i guess takin this medication n listening to theese tape u could accomplish alot..I was stuck so much in my house sooo afraid i couldnt enjoy my time with my kids takin them places but after i took this medication it gives u that power to say its only a panic attack n u will be good to go last summer i went to like 11 beaches

@OMFGITSTyisha yes. it is. i honestly don't know how this could help anybody. my problems are long in the past. just know they actually never went away. i still have panic attacks, but this is how it happens. instead of the panic attacks lasting for a half an hour, they only last about 10 seconds now. when it happens my brain is able to instantly recognize it as nothing dangerous. it's easy because it's happened so many times my conscious mind is able to know i'm not dying so it stops instantly.

everything he says is accurate. thats why people feel like this is the way. its something they can relate to. please people. they are salesmen and they don't care. take my word, i am a victim of there legal illegal actions.

This is great a great encouragement for those suffering!! I too have gone through this program and had great results...keep up the encouraging words!! I had such great results that I have started a support group in my community for those suffering from anxiety and panic disorder...what a need we have in todays world for help in understanding and healing from anxiety and depression!! keep it up!!

i hate midwest center. they fucked me over. i ended up more pissed off. i guess i wasn't depressed anymore. i was pissed off. basically, fraud. fuck attacking anxiety. its total bullshit. they are SALESMEN! people wake up. they feed off of peoples misfortunes. if they wanted to help, this would be free. trust me, you can cure your own anxiety and depression. i did, without any of these programs.

i ordered this program as well, and i hope it works for me. these panic attacks have been severely controlling my life for 2 yrs. i'm 28 now, and taking clonazepam and really want to deal with it drug free. i can empathize with anyone dealing with this, and hope that we can overcome this problem. i'm sick of being stuck in the house, having to have my wife go with me everywhere, and not taking my family out for a good time. i really need to buckle down on this program more than i have been.
