The Fireman has got to be Paul. Paul McCartney was in an electronic / ambient group from the UK called "The Fireman" in the late 1980's / early 1990's. There are two Fireman CDs available, "Strawberries Oceans Ships Forest", released 1994, and "Rushes", released 1998. No idea if there are "clues" hidden in these though. Brian Epstein didn't die until August 1967 --AFTER the trip to Spain.
