I'd Like to point the man was walking towards the officer, the officer commands "Back UP!" he then swivels on his left foot and puts his back to the officer takes 1... 2... steps and as his third hits the ground the officer opens fire on a man who's gun never pointed anywhere but the ground and shoots him multiple times in the back... At 32 seconds, the suspect fired his gun at the ground one handed, which I say is reason enough to shoot at him. After the suspect was down, he tried to reach for his gun. That was the reason he was shot multiple times.
