  • I love it when some condescending pseudo-intellectual liberal or knuckle-dragging neo-con starts throwing out slander against the TEA Party. It means the TEA Party is winning.

  • Comment removed

  • Hi, I'm a puppet of large corporations with a gross misunderstanding of the Boston Tea Party; so I think I'd be perfect for your little club.

  • @dimsimlord

Hi I'm a liberal feeding off the sweat of others labor so I'll vote for the candidate that panders to me the most.

I never heard of the Boston tea party.

Didn't know people had the right to protest against excessive taxation....I'm against that because that's my paycheck. I want everything to be free. If not I'll call you a racist.

  • Kevin Malone from The Office before the head injury.

  • REDNECKS

    REDNECKS EVERYWHERE

  • @dimsimlord typical haha. good argument there lib

  • Wasn't she at one of the Bilderberg meetings, don't trust this lady one bit!

  • Bring back the JFK tax rates now!

  • She's dumb as a fence post but she knows all the CBS execs wanna fuck her.

  • Would someone ask Katie Couric why she is against America and her Constitution?

If she prefers sharing the wealth, let her be the first to step up to the plate.

I prefer the America I grew up in.

  • @btr2oz You prefer the America you grew up in, so you're lucky you live here cause it's still the same place. If you think it's so different then you really need to move to another country. And you can't have someone else ask Katie Couric your stupid question. Since you have issues with sharing the wealth then you have to ask her yourself. No one else should have to share in your stupidity! Tea baggers are morons!

  • all these people are idiots.. we started when clinton was in office and opened up WTO.. and deregulated the oil companies.. why is everyone not saying the truth.. do they just find some idiot who does not know or just folks that will say what they want said.. these folks are YEARS behind the TRUE movement.. and we have no voice..

  • @kingslegion1 Don't forget NAFTA. That slimy lying bastard signed NAFTA also, yet the libs love to try and blame free trade on everybody except Clinton.

  • what the left cannot understand - the tea party movement is a repudiation of the republican party if anything

  • @reefergladness True, they saw what the neo-cons had done and that both parties are really just two sides of the same diabolical coin. Realizing that Americans are still leary of voting for a third party they decided instead to join with some Libertarians and take their party back. Wish them all the luck in the world.

What's the difference between a liberal and neo-con? Nothing except that the neo-con is honest about his warhawking.

  • the problem with all of this "averting disaster" is that it's just giving nyquil to the flu. It doesn't make anything BETTER it just prolongs the problems. We should have our disaster and get over it already. Let it collapse! We WILL be alright.

  • Sarah effin' Palin!? Glenn Beck!?

And to think; I almost liked these guys...

  • 'A Patriotic movement" - Don't make me laugh! Where were these jerks when we went into Iraq!! Do you know how much money has been lost? This group needs to seriously study the US economic history of the 19th century. They have no understanding of banking. Your greed will be your undoing and the undoing of our country.

  • @QueensLadyDay the 19th century? so 1800-1899 banking needs to be studied? The FED was put in place during Wilson's administration which is pretty much where things took a dive into the toilet. Greed? Stop spending = greed? What do you do when you run out of money? And you assume that there's no one in tea party that opposed the war in Iraq. Of course you WOULD because you don't KNOW anyone in the tea party movement. My mom is heavily involved and opposed nearly everything bush did.

  • @TheJoozie

    SEARCH YOU TUBE FOR

    THE CREATURE FROM JEKYLL ISLAND

IT WOULD LET ME PUT A LINK HERE TO IT.

THAT WILL GIVE YOU A LESSON ON THE FEDERAL RESERVE

  • Our Declaration of Independence talks of Natures God,and not the demigod Jesus. Glenn Beck at his DC rally talks of so called great hero's like mass murdering Moses who killed all and made no converts to his faith, slave men like John Newton, and George Whitefield. Google those men that these Tea Party people wish us all to emulate.

They teach spiritual segregation with their faith, and most people of reason know it.

If your not a Christian then your nothing in their minds.

  • Excellent! Very insightful interview. I can support the tea party.

  • American politics is good sport, never a dull moment and I mean that as a compliment.

  • They should have named this movement "Lunatic's Gone Wild."

  • @IngloriusBastard11

    ...or "white people go batshit."

  • @explizidace

See the racism inherit in the NAACP system. Not in the TPP

  • Comment removed

  • these guys talk in circles ever time katie ask a question they go back to talking points

but never give a postion just talking point like save our constitution ,big Gov,

  • @toothpickdinner They are just talking over your head.

  • @BriansVideoHobby yeah there talking over my head right lol an there heros are sarah palin an glenn beck pure white racist idiots thats way over my head lol

  • @billybob101013 "(Y)eah(,) the(y')re talking over my head(,) right(?) lol(.) (T)he(ir) hero(e)s, (S)arah (P)alin an(d) (G)lenn (B)eck, (are) pure white racist idiots(.) (T)hat(')s way over my head(.) lol(.)"

I corrected your factually incorrect, moronic and nonsensical statement to provide you with clear evidence that you lack the ability to understand the nuances of what is being debated. Oh… I almost forgot… lol.

  • wow, these guys are not at all what i imagined as tea-partiers. sarah pallin should step down in representing the movement.

  • @halvertroy Sarah Palin doesn't represent our movement. That's what you get when you watch main stream media. Did you even watch the video? NO ONE represents the movement, it's a movement of the people.

  • i refuse to watch this couric cunt. i tried to watch but the sound of her voice is like nails on a chalkboard to me.

  • @MidWestRandy2

    Shara, is that you?

  • the problem with the tea party is that they have to drag layers of idiots their opponents exploit.

  • I challenge any member of the tea party to read the multinational monitor and come back and tell me if you want less government and not more. We need more laws to stop multinational corporations from ruining the world not just in the US. You don't drink tea and you don't party!

  • @pakarpis Since the start of 2000, Congress has created at least 452 new crimes. So the total number of Federal crimes as of the end of 2007 exceeds 4,450. Ithink thats enough

  • So basically they seem to be saying that they cannot risk to be specific about anything because then the ever-growing movement might break apart. Well, I have an idea for a movement. I shall call them "the voters" and it will be for all the people out there who like or dislike something and who would like to see things change or in fact stay the way they are.

I would then like to collect a dollar from every memeber and give it to the republican party so they can finance their campaign.

  • @todesfurchtimmai no give it to me so i can buy pencils for some schools

  • These teabaggers are dumbfucks.

  • Historically speaking, anyone who claims to be more patriotic than everyone else is an asshole.

  • @xpntrvfggd well Obama does not make that claim, he wants to fundamentally hange America.

  • @xpntrvfggd you are so right

  • Katie once again came off as an idiot. Well played Mr. Guida and Mr. Johns.

  • The "Cheerleader" does a very professional job here right up until she uses the phrase "teabagger" (the Left simply can't resist the low road, can they?) and then shows her ignorance (hey, she majored in "cheerleading"!) when she mistakenly claims the FF's were for a "seperation of church and state".

Everybody who's cracked a history book KNOWS how deeply religious ALL of these men were.

    "ENDOWED BY THEIR CREATOR"? HELL---OHHH???

  • @flitandersen your right why does she use the word teeslagger.. we know that its just a front group for the kock brothers... imean they paid for the buses and then theres americans for prosperity.,,another tee bag shill. she needs to address them for what they are rebublikahns then we be ok.i agree thank you

  • Is Michael Johns that big of a Rush Limbaugh fan that he would have reconstructive surgery to look like him?

  • The tea party is so out of touch and they are proving to be poor white trash that are working against themselves!

  • What a stupid brainless bitch. Just go suck a nigger dick already!

  • Haha... mabye true..But first you need to suck this Tea Party Guy's dick!! hehe

  • the tea party is front for the republicans same old racist ,war monger losers you want to fight so bad join the marines ..before you open your suck iam a marine combat vet(gulf war one)just say it"....you aint white you aint right"remember!? alll enemys foreign and domestic this means you tea baggers.

  • These people are purely rhetorical. They are nothing more than hard right Republicans. I honestly think these people are crazy wingnuts.

  • Absoultely!! A new born calf out of a cow's womb has more brains and a higher IQ than these clowns!

  • Have another cheeseburger.

  • Alright, a few minutes of research on this lard ass, Michael Johns, reveals that he was

    1) Health care executive for Eli Lilly, one of the biggest pharma companies

    2) He was a speech writer for GWB and was involved (proponent) of Medicare part D, a SOCIALIZED program that has been branded as a disaster budget eating of government HCS.

    3) To HIS OWN ADMISSION, on his blog, google "michaeljohnsonfreedomandprosperity", he is a "BIRTHER".

And this guy is the leader of the pack? Enough said.

  • Ohhhh Myyyy Fuckkkking Gooood!!!

12:00 onward... Did this guy just say if these financial institutions like Goldman S. and large banks had the same power after the recent Supreme Court ruling that allows corporation to spend endlessly on political campaigns, they would have been able say, and by "they" he is referring to banks, "[...] we have concerns with the regulations you've imposed on banks..."!!!

So not only they screwed everyone over, this guy wanted them to have more power back then.

  • @leephon I don't think he was saying that he wish they had more power. From how I took it, he was saying that he wish that they spoke up if they had concerns about these regulations and if they did he is saying that it would've brought more of a debate to these regulations.

These banks may have willingly screwed people over earlier but remember, When it came to these bad loans, many banks were forced to give these bad loans based on congressional regulations.

  • @TRAVLER5000 Now where does that come from? Obama has shown every sign of leading this country into a dictator ship and you think those fighting for our constitution are Hitler youth?

  • Corporate stooges is well put! Not to mention they are a complete joke that are really fighting against themselves and all of us! Fucking morons.

  • The dead end teabaggers are just corporate stooges who perform political theater.

  • Sorry sir. I am an Air Force Veteran who is a Tea Party leader in my city. I work for the Fire Dept. as a Lieutenant. I risk my life for people I do not know. I am fighting Washington for those same people. Who do you think the Politicians are fighting for? YOU? lol Do more research!!!!

  • @PFD935

You've been watching way too much Faux news.

  • @v1f9 and you would probably vote for Goofy if he was a Dem

  • Comment removed

  • @v1f9

Yes, I have been watching too much faux news. I watch NBC = National Barack Channel. I really do watch NBC; and it's pathetic. They're the "news" that brought you the ACORN scandal only 5 days after it broke. The BBC reported it before NBC. What a joke!!!! Sheeple watch NBC, CBS, ABC ( who just paid $2 million dollars to the murderer of her own daughter) and actually believe them. I watch for the entertainment factor, and to see how they spin...........

  • @arslp That's a good little teabagger, knock 'em down a peg.

  • @v1f9

The little "teabagger" doesn't need your permission to make statements about the news media. If I've said something inaccurate regarding NBC, I'm sure you would have let me know. The fact is that the BBC did report the ACORN scandal before NBC. Make of that whatever you will. Calling me names doesn't change the facts. If it did, liberals would be ecstatic.

  • @arslp

You've got NBC cornered little Teabaggee!! LMAO!!!!

  • @arslp LMAO!!! Another stooge for the wealthy!

  • @v1f9

Speaking of dead ends, is it your ambition to sit and take pot shots from the porch? Just how has society been enriched by your presence? All you've done here is criticize; and you know NOTHING @ Tea Party members. You probably can't relate to paying more than 50% of your EARNED income for taxes. Paying taxes may even be a novel thing for you.

  • If you people want this country to restore itself fiscally, learn about a guy named Peter Schiff. Look for youtube videos. You'll see what I mean.

  • When we respect and honor our constitution, our rights grow stronger.

This is the spirit of The tea party!

  • @cowgirlmoon wow thats really really great you are a genius

  • LYNCH MOB PARTY

  • hey katie, maybe if you do the news in a wet t-shirt then you won't be in last place in viewers.

  • The guy on the right is an objectivist ideologue. All he is doing is throwing out meaningless words and the tea party peeps are no different. They really don't have a cohesive agenda. Anger is not constructive. Katie can't even talk the real issues. This is all fluff. Turn to Amy Goodman or Thom Hartmann. They talk about the issues, not vague and meaningless verbage. Nobody is taking anyone's freedom.

  • So The Tea Party movement supports tax cuts, small government, anti universal heatlth care, are pro-life, anti gay marriage. = They're Republicans?

  • The REAL Tea Party was started by the Ron Paul campaign in 2007. The Neocons at Fox News hijacked it to get their Neocon Nazis back it power.

    The mainstream media knows it.

Don't fall for this crap folks.

    "Ron Paul: Tea Party 07"

    watch?v=DKZmIzEMUN8

  • Has anybody ever actually seen Katie Couric and Nancy Pelosi together at the same time? Just sayin'....................

  • @dmetzger1000 Is a Jew server used exclusively for websites? Or is it some kind of waiter who brings delicious Jewish food?

  • Replacing a Democrat with a Republican...what a "revolution".

  • palin is just another piece of shit working for the bull shit left-right scam that enslaves the population. In recent years both the left and right criminal politicians have pissed off the people and resistance has been forming. Once established, the powers then move in and lead the resistance themselves in order to neutralize it and keep the people from actually accomplishing anything. Been this way for a very long time. The people are weak and dumb.

  • @ 10:44, what is this guy saying? The banks made fake loans to people with NO JOBS!!!!! Of course they did it with the idea of raping the system!!!!! If this guy represents the tea party movement then it has no credibility with me. For all the real tea partiers please dont fall for this bull crap. These guys are ok with big banks rapping the corporate entities having the rights of human beings.

  • never been to temple but LOVE bagels-btw what does a hook noise sound like ? i particularly like her wide smile

  • what are you for? you say you disagree with where the country is headed.

    where is it headed?

do you think the economy has to do with it?

    tell me

  • ha ha lol full scale rebellion...ha ha lol roflol...

  • I never realize how Katie is such a partisan apologist and not a real journalist.

    A lib version of O'Reilly.

Very elitist and condescending in her demeanor as well.

'Your an out of work architect'

    'What are you guys FOR?'

The little girls/ teddy bears marginalizing remark.

The Are You Smarter Than Buffet line of thought.

And...'No stayed tuned for our sponsor Dove'

Spoken like a true Corporate Journalist!

Isn't it about her time to go to the same glue factory they put poor Jane Pauley ?

  • @dmetzger1000 i think she is smart and very sexy

  • Tea Party Patriots...what a bunch of clowns. Dressing in 1700's gear, wearing t-bags from the brims of hats, carrying signs that reflect racism and hate. Your making a total ass in front of the rest of the world.

  • danny1572- this country is fast becoming a HOST ORGANISM / PARASITE STATE, i bet you are the latter.

  • Yeah, bet I am..................oh um.....

  • Katie Couric might be the most dull anchor in TV. Her questions are awful.

  • Lets forget all that garbage about 9/11 and look at her beauty nobodys purrrrrrfect!

  • What amazes me is that everyone forgets about 9/11 and how we were headed to a depression. Correct me if I am wrong, but did they not lower the loan requirements for people to purchase homes to stimulate the economy? Was that not the beginning of the housing bumble problem. Everyone who was giving the loans is to blame as much as the government. As we were headed to an all time high in the stock market they should have put on the brakes. That was the mistake.

  • @vannstockwell -- You're wrong. Here's your correction:

Take the economic meltdown that was initiated by the housing industry. Yes, it happened during the Republicans watch. But it STARTED in 1977 with the Community Reinvestement Act (Democratic Administration).

The CRA was created to force banks to lend to low and middle class that couldn't afford it.

  • @vannstockwell -- Carter started the whole ball in 1977. Then in 1992 the Bush Administration (Republican) did the Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992. This is where Freddie and Fannywere required to continue the CRA and they were required to devote a percentage of their lending to support affordable housing. These are the two GOVERNMENT sponsored institutions that the government has to continually throw hundreds of billions of dollars at to keep them alive.

  • And where were these guys when Bush in good economic times created this enormous systemic deficit? Their grasp of economics is pathetic, you want to see what happens when you don't bailout banks, look at the chaos of one of a number of 19th banking crises, one run on a bank after another (same in 1929-32, ask Milton Friedman). You want to see what happens when you try to balance the budget in recession, read "Lords of Finance" by Liaquat Ahamed, its about the Great Depression.

  • @superman066 -- Stop blaming bush. It is the Democrats, the Republicans, and especially the Progressives (inside of both parties) that have created this entire mess, starting in the early 1900's.

  • So what you want is a return to the magical days before the first world war? In terms of blame it of course depends on blame for what. The deficit, well I really think you have to look Bush Jnr's way there, he was left a budget surplus which he turned into a huge deficit despite a booming economy. The financial crisis, well to blame a late 2008 crisis on legislation passed in 1977 seems a bit far fetched. To blame all government since 1900 is just ridiculous.

  • Yes, Jr doubled the deficit in his 8 years in office. The stinky one managed to double it yet again in his first year alone.

Yes, the housing crisis STARTED in 1977, but that doesn't account for the entire financial crisis. Look at the legislation passed starting in 1977 and see how the market went. How can you say it is far fetched? It is fact.

The federal government didn't start its massive expansion until the early 1900's. Specifically, 1912 with Woodrow Wilson. Yes. That was the start.

  • Regarding the 77 and 92 legislation you conflate the legitimate task of supporting affordable housing, something which is done around the world, with the reckless lending binge that created the housing bubble. Here the market was completely deregulated and what regulation there was was not enforced in any meaningful sense, banks aggressively went after sub-prime as that was where the margin was

As for craving those pre-1912 days they're gone, and probably weren't as good as you think they were.

  • This guys line on the whole dodgy loans business is laughable. Its true that the Clinton and Bush administrations did encourage these loans, but he puts it that poor old Goldman Sachs et al were pushed into them by mean government. Total BS, the major banks made enormous profits and pushed for further de-regulation of these markets. They will resist regulation in the future for the same reason. This guys government = bad free-market = good line is ridiculous.

  • Poetic justice.CBS was so in the tank for Obama for 2years, hiding all pertinent info that we still dont know college records, everything about his associations were not investigated because CBS wanted the one elected. They got their king and now their ruler is destroying the fabric of our economic base by taxing everything that works. This depression is Obamas and CBS can thank their own lack of journalistic professionalism for their own demise.Katie50% PAYCUT

  • There is ALREADY "INFIGHTING" in this group as it grows into a HUGE corporate type propaganda machine. How ironic . Maybe they should wake up and realize that what they actually support are the TRICKS of the big corporate machine that put a spin on their "so called reason to protest" so that the actual ATTACKS will be towards the left and Obama, that way they do the dirty work for the corporate machine. Wake the fuck up, loose the hate united we stand divided we fall GET IT? Glen Beck? WOW

  • 27:18 "Railing"

    33:45 "Disdain for educated masses"

    34:21 "Anti-intellectual"

It would make it more palatable if all the "Teabaggers" were screaming, uneducated hillbillies, right Katie? Eviscerating them would be much simpler.

Opposition to big government, with particular regard to this administration's attempts to haughtily impose itself on every aspect of our lives is what angers us, Katie. Government is effectively sucking money from taxpayers to grow. Gvt. is fiscally irresponsible.

  • The MAIN STREEM MEDIA are LYING. OBAMA is a COMMUNIST and OBAMA is from MUSLIM. WAKE UP!!! OBAMA zombies are trying to destroy the FOUNDING FATHERS AMERICA and the CONSTITUTION. WE are ONE NATION UNDER GOD and have the RIGHT to FREE SPEACH!

  • seriously? there's such a thing as too much regulation? then you turn around and say you're outraged by the bailouts...sounds pretty contradictory to me. if we had proper regulation from the beginning we wouldn't even need a bailout. big business is the problem and presidents of the past like teddy roosevelt and taft broke up big business and the economy flourished because of their trustbusting. i'm from a small town, i work 2 jobs, and i go to school...i can't afford limited government!

  • @Re6inald

Government growth is killing this country. How does an entity grown that does not support itself? Nothing that any portion of the government does is revenue generating... Surely, since you are in school you realize that. I worked in state govt. 12 years, and had a well-paying, respected position. Mediocrity & ineptitude abounding; it is next to impossible to remove lethargic and outright underperforming employees; they'd never survive public sector positions. Growing - like cancer

  • @arslp

Big business is the issue, not lazy employees. Who actually gets paid properly for the amount of work they do on the job? Regulating big business is the answer. Large corporations hold all of the cards and most of the power in society today, and it's unfair. Who penalizes them for relocating in neighboring countries and hiring cheap labor? The culprit is big business, they spent frivilously knowing that we had to bail them out with our tax money. Now that's disgusting.

  • @Re6inald

Federal government employs 11% of all America's employees, according to their own website. Small businesses comprise a much bigger percentage than large corporations.

Why would anyone want further government intrusion into our lives? They're like a cancer; they do nothing to generate any income whatsoever, you do realize that?

I'm not disagreeing with you re: corporations, but that has nothing to do w/the cancerously growing rate of federal government. It's feeding off us

  • @arslp

We want to correct the problem with the economy right? Prior to this administration, deregulation reigned and businesses were free to do as they pleased. Little to no government intrusion and look where it has gotten us, unemployment is through the roof along with our national debt. You have to have guidelines and people to enforce them i.e. the government. Wall Street has to be held in check, because let's face it everyone does play by the rules.

  • The reason for our economic collapse rests soley with too much government influence to begin with. Low interest loans and loans given out without proper credit or ability to pay for them came from liberal government madates. Naturally if free money is thrown into a capitalist system, someone is going to take it. So the housing market grew based on imaginary credit given to folks to support government redistribution of wealth. Let the market level itself out without government influence.

  • @arslp What government position did you hold exactly? Teacher? I'm genuinely curious- I myself have a big problem with the vested, intractable interests in Washington. However I have to disagree with you, the government IS self-sustaining- by providing for the welfare of those who cannot provide for themselves you reduce the burden on all of us. If anything needs cuts it's defense spending, which won't happen, so America is headed for a fall.

  • Only teacher for 6 months while in graduate school. Served as Speech Pathologist consultant for state. Waste, ineptitude, fraud, and endorsement for no personal responsibility were observed. How is the government revenue generating? They are the largest employer in US. Providing "for the welfare of those who cannot provide for themselves" is appropriate in many cases, but not for able-bodied 3rd-4th generation welfare recipients, and there are many. How is that self-sustaining?

  • At 21 you've worked little/none. Make $9000 a month and pay 1/2 in taxes; then talk. I've been sent into the homes of illegals for "speech", while the family sits speaking spanish. Ludicrous; I left. If you're a student, give one of your failing peers 2 of your letter grades, even though they've partied all semester. That's the same thing as entitlements for those who don't try. Don't make it sound like I hate the poor; I've worked with the poor and developmentally delayed for decades.

  • @arslp it would really help if you could get someone elected to office...but teeballs are just a front group for the kock brothers and rebublikahn party. no one is voting for your ideas

  • @1949b

You don't really seem to be watching the primaries. Two Republican women are making a big presence right now in CA - for senate and for governor. Of course, gov. moonbeam, a career politician, rather than a billionaire businesswoman might very well win, CAyuns voting for the likes of Hellosi. Anyway, November should be telling. You seem to be overlooking Rand, Brown of MA, and the incumbent in AR, Lincoln, is toast. We shall see.

  • @arslp oh ya well see,,,, ill be around,,,, let me know what you think

  • @arslp Government is created to protect the weak from the powerless. Why don't you work there anymore? Go live in other countries and see what our government provides, clean water, reliable electricity, good sidewalks, public schools, libraries and healthcare hopefully soon. Go visit Europe and see the public services and you will see how lucky we are. Read the multinational monitor and see that we need more laws to protect us and the rest of the world from corporate greed!.

  • @pakarpis

Govt. may have been created to do that, but now it inflates itself by burgeoning programs for not the weak & powerless, but the completely unfruitful. Look @ the videos here on youtube - Obama money, Detroit in ruins, etc. The handouts to the ablebodied are helping no one, even the recipients. You hate corporations but don't realize the federal govt. is the biggest employer in the country. Ineptitude, lethargy, waste, and corruption are why I left govt. It is always present.

  • @arslp its everywhere even in private industrys hooray

  • @arslp Can I have some Ron Paul please now?

  • Thre Things, y'all...it's simple...

    Limited Government

    Fiscal Responsibility

    Free Markets

sad and funny to see Katie's inability to comprehend any kind of a non-centralized and non-institutional group of people who actually have a common bond/fellowship/purpose.

We've always homeschooled our children and have been HomeWorkers and now HomeChurchers. Life can exist Katie without 'big-shots' leading us around for each life-decision.

    Thank God for American Freedom.!!!

  • I have to wonder why Ms. Couric chose the final questions, as she did. I would've liked to see them address or point out that the liberal twitterer's use the "teabagger" label was a classic example of a desperate portion of the democrat party. It is merely a name-calling tactic to sway people without using ideas. It has a meaning that is really inappropriate and has no place in a civil discussion. Did she understand what she was reading, didn't care or was it deliberately chosen for effect?

  • You in the liberal media pooh pooh these people last year. Now after the progressives have had their hats handed to them in the last election you find it news now. A little too late libs.

  • Deep down.... just a bunch of HACK Republicans that just are trying to get votes for the next presidential eleclitons......They should call themselves The TEABAGGER Party instead.....

  • LOL @fiskey29,

Teabagger, Party Of No, Mad Mobs, Flag Waivers, Nazi, Non-Event, whatever you and mama Pelosi call us nowadays it doesn't matter anymore. Your hatred for working class America has helped us gain the momentum we need to oust the Clown-In-Chief in 2012. Keep up the good work.

    In 2010 we pushed back!

    In 2012 we take back!

  • Where the FUCK were these idiots when Bush in office.....??

  • @fiskey29 ..Working.

  • Working and providing for their families and paying taxes. Not like the liberal protesters of which only have to crawl out of bed from some college dorm or to catch a bus from some project. These are actually people who do the heavy lifting in this country.

  • How exactly is it these guys got through the whole thing and never once mentioned Ron Paul? Teabaggers have become the "GOP faction" of the R3VOlUTION.

  • This should get more coverage. People need to know the truth. Katie tried her best but everytime she said tea party she gigils like a little girl, and this movement is only 1yr old hold your horses Katie just wait until 2010 you'll get the picture.

  • I've been watching Glen Beck for nearly 2 yrs now and I can say he is different now than he was back then. You can just tell. He's a converted Libertarian now and just nails the progressive movement that's been going on here for that past 100yrs over and over again daily. He surely has angels protecting him...

  • As a R3VOlUTIONARY I'm not comfortable with a lot of Michawl Johns' statements. Glenn Beck is a rebranded neocon, FoxNews is crap, Sarah Palin is a wind-up toy. American exceptionalism remains as annoying and deadly as ever.

  • Wow, I am impressed with Couric actually listening to these guys and giving them the time to speak to the issues that are important to the American people. she stayed neutral for the most part and did not go her usual partisan liberal route.

  • CBS poll (2009): 7 out of 10 Americans say they believe in God. Gallup poll: 93% of Americans believe either in God or a higher power. Newsweek poll: 91 percent of American adults say they believe in God. Washington Post poll: 92 percent believe in God or a universal spirit. The Harris Poll: 82% of Americans believe in God. Obviously, the most credible polls available show that God is still VERY popular in this country, like it or not.

  • I love it. Great Response to an ignorant comment.

  • I've got admit.... Catie did a good interview It didnt have the usual anti-American bias.

  • I can't believe it either. She usually has some democratic candidate and lobs over these softball questions while she gushes.

  • She rules.
