    Wanna make it even harder than that try putting put two legs up on a foot stool an both arms doing bicep curls with a can of beer in one hand and a steak sandwich in the other

  • @flawless991 Do a weight where you can stay in between, 6-12 reps. Doing sets of 15-20 reps will just improve muscle endurance and not size. Make sure you don't go to heavy, form is the most important key when doing curls.

  • @xXKillaBGXx it only hurts the first time due to the fact that your body is not used to that type of exercise, but once you get to go constantly to the gym you'll feel great.

  • @flawless991 Dude I started doing barbell curls about 6 months ago, and I thought they were realllly painful and hard the first couple weeks but thats normal, you'll notice them getting a lot easier as you build strength and get used to them. I'd stick with lower weight for now

  • @WARRIORMPG786 no point in working out if your diet isnt right! clean, healthy diet with lots of water. short rests in between sets to keep your heart rate up! good luck man!

I understand your wish to lose weight and gain muscle, but it's very hard to do these two processes at the same time; getting bigger (anabolism) and getting smaller (catabolism) are contradictory metabolic processes. It is best to have 'bulking' phases where you try to get bigger and eat accordingly, and 'cutting' phases where you get smaller and eat accordingly. I recommend attempting to lose as much fat as you can, and then follow a diet with the goal to gain lean mass.

  • @PwntsRocksU I do it almost everyday but different types of press ups actually build your triceps pretty quickly.

  • @PwntsRocksU for arms people usually work them twice a week,as compared to other muscles like chest or back which takes about once a week to recover. this bcos arms are smaller muscle groups so recover faster than the rest. but its up to you :)

    If you notice folks Brandon does not have the "roid" look Red, extreme hypertrophy and swinging ungodly poundages. He showing real effort "naturally" and has the healthy look of a natural.. Trust me thou, if he were to get on some legit gear he would be 3x's as big as his is now within a few months.
