The Independent Police Appeals Tribunal has now overturned a decision to dismiss Sgt. Mark Andrews and they have determined that he will be reinstated at his former rank immediately.
A respected High Court Appeal Judge Mr. Justice Bean also concluded after a four-day hearing that he was satisfied Sgt. Having no audio on the video did her case well, but I suspect that she was giving serious verbal abuse and the cop just got pissed off with her attitude. Sgt Andrews was only in jail for SIX DAYS and correctly released pending appeal. The Appeal Court then TOTALLY QUASHED the lower court’s ruling. Consequently, legally Sgt Andrews is NOT guilty of any crime whatsoever. Somerville was lawfully arrested, WAS INTOXICATED, very unco-operative, verbally abusive, and disruptive. Clearly she was so drunk at the police station she fell over and self-harmed. Of course Somerville is quite devious and successfully avoided a drink driving prosecution by this fall. It’s really quite disgusting how some rather pathetic people have disregarded the factual evidence presented to The Appeal Court!

Somerville then fell over DRUNK and successfully avoided prosecution for DRUNK DRIVING by exaggerating her self-inflicted injuries that were erroneously claimed to be a police assault but were TOTALLY QUASHED by a respected Appeal Judge who did not believe her lies. Somerville then hired Max Clifford in an attempt to make money from a fraudulent damages compensation claim!

GET OVER IT THE APPEAL WAS SUCCESSFUL and Sgt Andrews has been completely exonerated having been on full pay for 2½ years! CONSEQUENTLY, YOU WERE TOTALLY WRONG as the Court ruled Sgt Andrews did not intend to cause injury when Somerville was DRUNK, abusive, resisted being placed in a police cell and ACCIDENTALLY FELL. Sadly Somerville is one of these disgusting vile drunken uncouth slags one sees in towns and cities throughout the UK vomiting everywhere and using the gutters as lavatories!

Sgt Andrews was only in jail for SIX DAYS and correctly released pending appeal. The Appeal Court then TOTALLY QUASHED the lower court’s ruling. Consequently, legally Sgt Andrews is NOT guilty of any crime whatsoever. Somerville was lawfully arrested, WAS INTOXICATED, very unco-operative, verbally abusive, and disruptive. Clearly, Somerville’s honesty and integrity are doubtful and the Appeal Court did not believe her drunken lies!
