  • First, I like well informed ppl with knowledge and I like your channel!

I'm a christian, just wanted to hear what are your thoughts on "time" we live in 2011.. since when did we started counting.. since Jesus died, n resurrected?.. then Jesus, must have existed.. :) peace!

  • @charliesEyeball7duh Cut and paste comments are a surefire way to get blocked on my channel. Do it again, and you're blocked. Out of courtesy, you get this one warning.

  • Although I see what you mean, I would like to point out that size doesn't really matter. Bigger things are not per definition more important. In that sense your argument is flawed.

The argument that I would use is that if everything was created for us, why then is virtually the whole universe unlivable for us?

  • <.< is it okay that I just watched this for the music

  • i could not have even come close to how well you put that.

  • Succinct and well put.

Perspective. Few people really have it.

It is so beyond human comprehension.

I especially liked the "no purpose to human existence" part, and to make the most of it.

In a moral way of course, otherwse these religious types will think we don't have any.

    PEACE, as in World.

  • music plox

  • I knew that our planet was so small compared to others, and that was small to the sun, which our universe is still small to other univereses, BUT dam I didnt think that even our sun was that small compared to everything else.

  • "So, so, if there's, like, no God, you'd do, like, whatever you wanted with, like, no consequences?" - Well, in a word, yes.. if there are no consequences, you can do whatever you want.

    BUT..

Would there be no consequences if you A) Pissed off enough people B) Hurt someone, especially a child C) Damaged someones property D) Made living harder for someone else ?

In that case, the consequences are rather obvious.. and strikingly similar to what the "Believers" think their God commands.

  • God could still do whatever the hell one would want, including adding an oversized bunch of universe surrounding Earth.

My guess is that if any god exists and cares about what we believe, one doesn't mind us being agnostic atheists at all.

It put nothing to make it obvious of it being interested in our attention.

  • EPIC PWN!!!

Great to have you back, man.

  • Thanks for all the fish!

  • By coincidence my partner was asking me today about the size of planets and stars and distances in space because she finds it incomprehensible(so do I really-real mind blowing shit) so finding this on your new channel was very convenient.

Glad to sub to the new channel.

  • So fear of god has prevented you from fucking a goat? Not just that it can't consent? Next you will be claiming that it is ok to rape and kill people just because you feel like it. Keep believing then. The rational world has no desire for psychopaths like you.

  • "so there are no repercussions for your actions"

Isn't there a law against beastiality where you live?

If no one saw you or was to ever find out, then yes, there are no repercussions (unless you felt remorse or the goat headbutted you I guess). Welcome to freedom; try not to be too overwhelmed.

  • What is this abstraction, you call reality?

  • LOL.I have a new argument against religious nuts, not that i need it, they are so easy.

  • Defiantly agree. But sadly most of the time i present a similar argument and then remind them how small we are they usually just say- "Yes isn't god creation amazing?" and still think that its all for them (to be fair some of them think there are aliens)

  • Holy crap there are some big-ass stars out there! :D

  • I find it hilarious when Christians quote John 14:6 when Jesus also says in that same chapter that whoever believes in him can also do the same crazy ass miracles he does.

  • I remember this :)

  • Sounds like you're having the same conversation I myself have had dozens of times with religious people. I swear they just don't grasp what passes for proof and sufficient evidence.

  • Isn't there a star bigger than Antares?

  • The series goes on.... But this way it fit in with the length of the song ;o)

  • hehe - there is indeed, but when you get to galaxies and clusters of galaxies, the size of a single star (no matter how massive or huge) becomes meaningless.

Which is I think the point. :-)

  • sorry for double reply. Search for "Powers of Ten" on youtube to get a sense of scale...

  • LOL. Jesus never convinced me that Jesus existed, much less his daddy.

Good perspective on celestial body size, but then what might have worked even better is the times ten thing they did a while back.

  • .. in with the new.

  • Well...duh. ;)

  • simply AWSOME!

  • Welcome to your new channel.

But I am still God of mine

(within the limits of YT rules)!

    So there.

    Keep Rocking Reality! :D

  • Hold da op... 650 favs er åbenbart max. :(

Anyway, jeg elsker den billedserie der. Fandt den også i animeret format her på YT, og den er næsten federe - har du set den?

Jeg har den nok blandt mine *støn* 650 favs.
