Hate when people just leave negative comments.

But, they are right about the flooding. When you prime the carb, you should only need one to three pulls of the pullstart while covering the exhaust to prime it properly without flooding. With a roto start, you cover the exhaust and barely turn the roto before using the glow starter. If your using a roto, i suggest taking the pressure line and gently blowing into it until you see the fuel line without bubbles. THEN roto start. Just takes time.

I would think it's too lean. Richen it up before you blow it. Check your throttle trim too though, that may be it. Now that I think about it, are your receiver/transmitter batteries getting low?

Good call, the fuel tank could have a hairline crack and a drop in pressure will cause the engine to lean itself way out as well. I would replace all my batteries, put hi/low needle to stock check the throttle trim and servo, check the fuel tank for any damage and replace the fuel lines to the carb and to the exhaust. OR you may have the idle set way to high lol Maybe put it on a block of wood and see if thats the problem cause ive seen people who set the idle too high chase thier trucks away :)

yes, take engine out of truck, take off rotostart gear assembly on the back with the 3 hex screws, done. one-way is on the shaft after you take the rotostart gear plate. then let the OWB soak in WD-40 for 1 night, let it sit the next day, and re-assemble. as long as you can still see the bearings inside.

same here, if it were to stall in a field and you had a rot start you have to bring it back to get it running again, with a pullstart u get your ignotor on the glow plug and after a few pulls its going, its the convience of having the starter on the car and it is a lot more practical, especiall if the battery died like it did today
