I think often times the problem with donating money to charities and organizations, is that you never see a clear record of what happens to your money. Infact a lot of people seem to profit from it.
Artisitic creativity stimulates the right brain, the biological font of the psychological ("Sacred") feminine, the Muse, the force which must be developed for the betterment of the species.
Such a left-handed path is at odds with the gridded and industrialized mindset of patriarchal consciousness which has long enslaved the species.
I do not think Africans should be subjected to tyrannical CCP laws. You know nothing of the world. I don't know what you mean by Westerners promoting "irresponsible religious ideology knowing negative ramifications" I would argue that does not happen, but of course you would not even understand anything I was saying because you have no perspective on anything. You only know what the CCP tells you.
The situation in Africa right now is being most negatively affected from the outside by China.China is raping Africa for its natural resources, labor and land. They don't care about the people or the environment any more than they do their own, in fact less. It is pathetic what the CCP has/is doing.
My experience in Africa tells me that the people there do like or want the Chinese. It makes sense to have many children when you live in poverty, just like in rural areas in China. The one child policy is a grand failure. CCP knows this too. Soon China will become a giant homosexual experiment (NO Girls!).
If the shit don't come out of your anus, you would blame your bloody anus problem to CCP.
Fact:
Since Columbus sailed West, Africans have been rounded up, sodomized, and sold to the highest bidders for nearly 400 years. Negro people were bred and sold like work horses. Now you are lecturing the youtube audience your hypocritical democracy, please do not provoke any more laughter...
China build roads, schools, hospitals, food, money, humanity services, and more to Africa.
HanChineze: Have you heard about the problems in Darfur? It is directly caused by the CCP. The whole world knows it. If you are laughing about this horrible human tragedy than you are a sick person. Genocide is not a joke.
No one denies horrible human tragedy in Darfur, this include myself.
However, Chinese Prime Minister Wen stated to the Western press that Sudan purchased 8% of weapons from China. The remaining 92% were bought from the international market.
Is China guilty of the crime?
My answer is YES, guilty of 8%, other nationals are responsible for 92%.
The purchasing of oil from the warlords in Sudan is what has financed all the purchasing of weapons used in the genocide against the people in Darfur by their own Sudanese countrymen. And there is no dispute they got this money directly from China. The CCP was/is fully aware of the ramifications of continually funding this group of criminals against humanity but does not care and sees it as just more profit and not their problem.
This issue of Darfur is certainly the fault of the CCP and Prime Minister Wen and Hu should be tried in the World Court in the Hague for Crimes against Humanity. It is a disgrace.
Next time when my Prime Minister Wen and Hu JinTao go to Washington, you should line him up for house arrest.
Cut the mustard mate, next time when my Hu JinTao goes to Washington, you hamburger eaters should NOT give him 21 guns salute and red carpet treatment.
LOL too much hamburger eating got to your bloody brain. LOL hahahaha
The African pandemonium is caused by dirty Westerners trying to exploit the Africans. Good example, Krugerrand Gold extracted mega tons of gold from the S African soil for over a century, thousands died from performing slave labors while their Dutch and English masters became very wealthy.
Westerners display insincerity with their African slaves and too abusive.
The difference between Westerners and the Chinese is that the Westerners are not in denial of the past and present state of affairs, while the Chinese not only deny what is going on, they actually rewrite history to suite their political and financial/commercial agendas. This is a huge distinction. Tibet is a good example of this and now Sudan is too.
Nice video and fascinating subject - the use of art as therapy and a way for people to communicate regardless of other barriers shows the importance not only of funding programs like this, but of funding the NEA and providing space, time, and resources for art in schools everywhere.
So many places in this world is so sad. This is a good video, I'm surprised you haven't gotten more play on it. It's important people see the suffering of others who live without the basic essentials. The woman featured in your video is a light worker. That's what Light workers are - people helping other people, doing environmental work, animal rescues, advocating organic farming, permaculture, etc. Live and help live in harmony with Nature and not against Nature.
I am learning about Africa myself. I spent 5 weeks there this summer. I worked with children, teaching broadcast journalism and art. I also did a lot of work with a youth foundation, organizing a street music festival that brought local artists from the slum together to perform and gather with each other and the community. (The videos of that event are forthcoming)
I have so much video not yet edited/produced. It will take me a long time to get it all done. I am a grad student and a father of two boys. To be honest I had NO idea what I was getting into. I have been profoundly changed by the experience, but as this very video (of 9 minutes long) suggests, I am not done experiencing it. Media is a powerful thing, especially when you are living through it like I am.
It is not just a matter of going there and coming home. I am re-living the experience through video in a way that is hard to explain...then there is the afterlife of the videos I produce. I still don't know what I am getting into. I do know that the children in Kibera still need help and I am willing to help them. I am also able to help others to help them. The work must continue!
Art is certainly not terrorism (although propaganism could be considered a form of art (although that is usually done for the powers that be.) Art is very healing. Life itself is an expression of energy, so art is a very spiritual act to perform or take part in. Glad to see people working to make such a positive difference where it is so badly needed.
I love this woman!

amerikan boy unit45x, I ask you the following:
Should Africa apply made in China 1 child policy law when many of these people are unfit to be parents?
Why do dumb Westerners promote irresponsible religious ideology knowing negative ramification?

You should come back to China and survey the Chinese people.

Art , education and music are a wonderful way of teaching children with ASD disorders. These children have an exceptionally difficult time.
Social withdrawal being one of the main problems.. And yes the routine of house cleaning would fit well within the spectrum
I have an son with diagnosed aspergers... I can see where all this is coming from.
It is vital that we move away from so structuring these children, painting, drama, movement and music all help to relieve the symptoms of ASD.
