hey nice vid. if i may ask is a glock a good pistol to start with for someone with little experience with pistols or guns in general? and what is the process of acquiring a handgun? do you need a special permit/license even if you do not intend to conceal/carry?
@GunWebsites thanks for answering back so quick. i live in new york long island but your right i can do a quick internet search for some info, thanks i appreciate it.
@johnnyjigger1 I just learned this, after you fire your shot and the slide goes back, you dont have to release the trigger all of the way, at about a 3rd of the way of releasing, you hear a click and it resets and you can fire again.
the slot in the slide isn't for the compensated barrel, it is to keep the weight of the longer slide down because the springs, etc in the frame are the same between all the Glock models..
however the slot does also work well for venting the compensated barrels
@1cme1 I just dont think a .45 is a reliable target round its heavy and slow... .40 is pushing it as it is.. They drop off after these distances. See how much more he hits with the .22 than the .40 xD. Faster but also lighter can get pushed around with the wind more, a good intermediate to balance speed and weight, .38 super. :D

it's a compensated model right?
Drulil 2 years ago
the 24 does come in a compensated version, but this one is not (no holes)
GunWebsites 2 years ago
the slide has the opening like the compensated model, what is it for then?

oh ya i know, i wouldnt use it for any real competition or anything, i just like the look of a longer barrel with the .45 caliber round lol. xD
and plus it would of course be more accurate than its smaller counterparts in .45.
