  • my respects steph cuase lunges are something i absolutly hate doing and 80 pounds lunges have to be a pain in the butt.

  • yeh my ass is burnin jus watchin lol, solid work tho. kinda off topic here but if you want a good forearm workout use those same dumbells w/ out the straps and walk about the lenght of a football feild and back, rest for about a min, then do it about 4-5 more times, if you drop it tho u gotta start over :D. like i said off topic but this reminded me of it, keep up the good work
