I don't understand why someone would won't to put families & friends in sadness because they went out drinking, drove & ended up not living to see graduation or kids or even wedding. Its just so stupid.
I was at a nightclub in Portland ME once. Police were ARRESTING people in the parking lot just getting into vehicles!! Never even had time to leave the lot! YAY Portland PD!! Probably saved SEVERAL lives that night alone!!!

I have 3 rules that all cities should go by;
No alcohol served after midnight.
Police enforced intoxication testing at all clubs.
No parole sentencing for drunk drivers
