I remember this tour too. I've seen them in Madrid. It was great also because of the audience (almost dressed in black and/or purple colours) All the people singing as you can see in the video...

I remember this tour so vividly. I was 16 yrs old, it was the first time I saw them live, at MSG in New York. I remember there were a lot of ppl crying throughout and saying how they couldn't believe Dave was on stage, alive and healthy, etc. It was really emotional for some ppl.
