Best tip is to a gymnasium if you can. Another tip is to have someone trick with you (For a sideflip have one of you bend over with their back flat, then have the other person roll their back over them, that's how I did it.) Also, landing on your butt, side, and face on the grass doesn't hurt anywhere near what you would think it does. trust me, haha.

personaly i think that vaults are the best way to express skill but i will say that for free runners your pretty good...traceurs are better.

the kid with the dark grayish shirt has some nice ass side flips!! and the kid with the white shir has an OK backflip, he gets no air and barely lands them, but if ur looking for new flips id suggest doing gainers and corks, madd fun, or even wall flips
