Marketing is fine but I do believe there has to be a bit of come and go. Selling is selling but the amount of over-selling, hype and really in-your-face marketing techniques really has to be brought down a notch and this is why my team and I don't really have anything positive to say about Facebook for these reasons.

Hey the thing with the groups bugs me (especially) too ... but doesn't FB have it set up now so that it *seems* like you're 'inviting' your friends and what really happens is that they're being added? Kinda like FB forgot the optin part. Thinking that most general users of FB don't 'get' that that invite is really an add?

LOL, Very good rant! Yeah, I have never liked being added to groups I did not volunteer for. The proper entrepreneur asks first, so that is annoying. of course, all the invites to gamevilles. The other thing that is not so good, cause hackers can use these, is the "I answered a question about you....." If it is from family, fine, but caution before opening!
