Joel, this is Isaac's mom. I had one similar in the mid '70s except mine was bright orange, My guess for that one would be early 70's or before because of the color. My dog drug me 3 blocks on that things before I wiped out, I got scraped up pretty bad. Other posters are probably right about saving it to sell later on. :)
