Iraq will have to take care of itself, that's what will happen. I'm sure even the best laid plan for withdrawal would take several months to implement. That would be just enough time for Iraqi leaders to decide whether or not they really want a functioning democracy.

They continue to use the threat of terrorism to support their agenda of reshaping the Middle East. In the process, this plan has serious potential to snowball into real conflict with Russia as leading powers jockey for control of Earth's remaining fossil fuel reserves.
