Very interesting with the Rottweiler at the end of this video. My Rotties have learned this behavior from my neighbors Lab. Prior to the Lab behaving like that they didn't do that. They are still extremely social dogs. TDI's and CGC'c I don't care for the behavior at the fence but they are not really being aggressive. They tend to run back and forth with the neighbors other dog and then the Lab will randomly try to attack them through the fence. They definitely do the stare, butt up move.
