Hey, an even easier way to get free ebony ingots is to do the merchant chest over in Whiterun (If you dont know what that is, its a chest underground filled with the merchants inventory.)

It's good armour but not the best in the game as you said 1: you didn't take into account the half skyrim players are light armour users. 2: dragon-bone armour is better for heavy armour users and and ebony-male is even better (not normal ebony armour ebony- male) you get that at the end of a certain deadric quest.

What did you use to defeat them because what I might do is mine up all the ebony and get smithing to 100 with the daggers and the once I can do it I will make ebony armour and sword etc and use that to defeat them as ebony is the next best thing other than dragon but there aren't swords and was it hard?

Killed the owner of the museum

Killed the dremora lords that Dagon sent at me

Still... never got the key :( Enthir won't sell me anything, he's just sitting and drinking at the inn in Winterhold all day long. Someone told me I can daedra hearts from that one place in Whiterun... nope. Can anyone help me?
