you still need to have it hacked, and u can now use whats called "Chicken R2" to hack a psp without a pandora. Look for a tutorial

by the way, what is the use of "UMD data.bin"

I extract the SVR 2010 ISO, and i found 1 UMD data.bin

I extract it because it doesnt work on my PSP Slim (CFW 3.60)

If anyone noe hoe to make it work pls telll me.

Well the umd data. bin is what people get when they copy their game from their psp. So they get those files and convert it into a playable cso. If u have the PSP GAME file aslo then just follow my tutorial, but if u have just the data bin, the iso was probably incorrectly converted
